Workforce Development & Career Education
A strong workforce is the foundation of a strong local economy.
Medina County already has a model program through the Medina County Career Center that allows graduates of Medina County high schools to attend adult technical education classes for free until age 24. This program helps young adults gain real-world skills without taking on crushing debt.
As State Representative, Sean will work to:
Expand access to technical and career education statewide
Protect and strengthen successful local workforce programs
Explore opportunities to extend the age limit for free adult education for Medina County graduates
Ensure employers have access to skilled, job-ready workers
Energy Reliability, Innovation & Affordability
Ohio needs reliable, affordable energy — and we need it faster.
Sean believes it takes far too long to bring new energy generation online. While federal permitting plays a role, the state can and should help streamline processes where possible.
His priorities include:
Reducing unnecessary state-level delays in energy development
Promoting diversified energy sources, including nuclear power
Ensuring infrastructure keeps pace with growth — including data centers and advanced technology
Working with communities to responsibly plan and site new infrastructure
Sean sees growing energy demand not as a threat, but as an opportunity — to strengthen Ohio’s leadership in emerging technologies like AI while helping keep energy costs affordable for families and businesses.
Efficient, Accountable Local Government
Government should work for the people — not slow them down.
With extensive experience in local government law, Sean has seen how inefficiency, duplication, and outdated processes cost taxpayers time and money.
As State Representative, Sean will focus on:
Improving efficiency in state and local government operations
Reducing unnecessary red tape for local governments and small businesses
Supporting practical reforms that respect taxpayers
Ensuring state policies empower local communities instead of burdening them
His goal is simple: a government that is smaller, smarter, and more responsive.
